Popular Questions

It all depends on what you would love to have and what you purchase in your design appointment. To give you a guide, our families usually invest between $750 – $3,000 to have a beautifully designed collection, or multiple collections on their walls. You are welcome to call the studio to get more detailed or specific prices or look at our finished product page for some more price ranges.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

I take on limited amount of sessions per month so your spot is important. Your session fee  locks in and secures a date for you. Due to the nature of this I do not give refunds for sessions fees, but don’t fret, the session fee is totally transferrable to another session date. If you have an unwell newborn then we can always book you in for an older baby session which is just as nice! We don’t do refund for change of mind, I hope you understand.

Yes you can reschedule. You will not lose your session fee and we will do our best to find you a new session spot at a later stage or as close to the original date as possible!

During a newborn photo shoot the studio will be quite warm (25 degrees) so make sure your and your family wear something you will feel comfortable in. For family photos I recommend wearing neutral tones, black/white/grey etc… this ensure the photos will be timeless.

This is completely understandable, and the thought of having your photo taken when you feel like a hot mess can be really anxiety-inducing.

BUT – I refuse to let you leave until you’ve jumped in front of the camera.

My approach to photography throughout your session is a gentle and friendly one – capturing you comfortably and candidly is paramount; and I am experienced in positioning you and capturing you at flattering angles.

And I promise, in five, ten, twenty and thirty years time, you will not care about what you looked like and your little one will always be grateful to see how much you love and cherish them.

You’ll also receive a full preparation and information guide after booking, full of tips on what to wear so you are feeling at your best.

I always suggest plain soft coloured clothing and jeans for shoots. No logos on tops as they can date and I say to keep it casual especially for on location shoots. I love accessories like hats and gloves for the chilly months of the year. The more kids in the session the simpler the clothes should be, white and denim is great.

It is normally a 2.5 week waiting period before you are able to view your images.

You have 14 days to place your order, after then your client login will be removed from the website.

I never delete any of my files, everything gets archived. So if you would like to purchase additional prints after your 14 day period a fee is charged.

Yes! I do offer digital collections. The quality of my products is just as important to me as a great shot. So I strongly encourage my clients to use the lab I recommend as so many labs produce below average prints, I don’t want my professional shots to look average. I cannot guarentee the best results if you choose to pick your own lab for printing.

My photography home studio is located in Helensburgh NSW. I have clients from Sydney, Wollongong even Victoria come to me. I can travel interstate for newborn photography sessions.

I have a variety of people come to me from families to single parents to different nationalities.

Absolutely! I offer gift vouchers up to the value of the price you would like to gift to your friend. Gift vouchers can be used for newborn photography sessions, family photo shoots, weddings etc..

Our studio has a weekend surcharge of $50 in addition to your session fee.

Sure am! I stay up to date with my Whooping Cough Vaccination, and I receive a booster shot every three years.

I have been working as a photographer for three years, and photographing newborns for two. So far, I have handled 60+ babies including preemies, twins, recently circumsized babies and babies with physical impairments.

The safety of your little one is my number one priority at all times, and will be closely monitored and within arms reach by me at all times.

All of our gift vouchers include your 1.5hr photography session and 1hr design appointment. They include a 8×10″ matted print enlargement of your favourite image. Purchasing your photos are in addition to the session fee
